A:  Travel credits are in your online account, book directly by login to your account, make a reservation and proceed through the checkout page, you will see the "pay by travel credits” option under the payment method section, and select the option as part of your payment. If you have not requested to use your credit to be linked to your online account, we can assist you either by online chat service or by phone call.

Q: Can I use my travel credits on other websites?

A: They can only be used for specific travel services offered by UTOvacation and are non-transferable.
