Membership

UTOvacation’s Explorers Club (hence may be referred to as Explorers Club) is available to qualifying individuals 18 years of age or older.

Membership is non-transferable. UTOvacation’s Explorers Club can only be used by the individuals to whom they are issued.  Maximum of one UTOvacation’s Explorers Club membership per person. 

There is no limit to the total amount of UTOvacation’s Explorers Club within a household. 

UTOvacation vouchers or discounts may not be stacked/combined with other offers or special discounts. 

UTOvacation reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at UTOvacation’s discretion without cause, as well as for such things as failure to comply with these conditions and regulations or abuse of your membership privileges.

Termination of the primary membership account for any reason will result in the termination of all other associated membership accounts.

UTOvacation’s Explorers Club is for a lifetime period from the date of enrollment. 

Changes to Account and Membership

Changes to the primary member account information including upgrades and deletions can only be made by the primary member. 

Purchasing Privileges, Guests, and Other Rules

No Explorers Club membership sales will be made to any person unless they have a valid UTOvacation registered account on UTOvacation website.

UTOvacation reserves the right to revoke membership for any reason. 

UTOvacation may periodically apply special coupons as rewards for Explorers Club membership. These coupons may be applied to customer bookings, however, are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred. Please note each coupon will have its own specific conditions.

Please note, if you are a travel agent or a UTOvacation affiliate member, you are not able to apply for multiple benefits. Therefore, the benefits from UTOvacation’s Explorers Club program is not applicable to Travel Agents or those participating in the UTOvacation Affiliate program. 

UTOvacation’s Explorers Club Membership application to new and existing orders

Once you have purchased the UTOvacation’s Explorers Club program or upgraded your previous plan, all benefits outlined for each level will only be applicable to new/future purchases. The optional programs, products, and services from the previously purchased tours or products will not be applicable to the new membership level upgrade.

Pre-existing tour orders, optional programs, products or any services or purchases made through UTOvacation will not be eligible to any benefits, upgrades or discounts from the newly purchased Explorer’s Club membership plan. 

For example, if you purchased a tour on Jan 1st, 2020, then you purchased an Explorers Club Platinum Membership Oct 1st, 2020, your Jan 1st, 2020 tour would not receive the benefits and discounts provided by the newly purchased Platinum Plan. 

Terms of Payment

All purchases must be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer or debit card.  An additional service fee will be added to any UTOvacation’s Explorers Club membership that is purchased via Credit Card.

UTOvacation reserves the right to further limit the payment method applicable to certain purchases. For example, certain membership levels can only be made by debit card and/or cheques and those credit cards accepted by UTOvacation from time to time.

UTOvacation reserves the right to limit payment from certain members to cash only.

When paying for purchases by cheque, the member may be requested to show a federal or state/provincial government-issued ID for fraud detection and identification purposes. Only the type of identification will be noted on the back of the cheque.

UTOvacation’s out-of-pocket expenses will be payable by the member for any cheque returned by the member’s financial institution.

The primary member is responsible for all his/her personal cheques and is jointly and severally liable for all cheques issued by his/her spouse and the business.

Each secondary member is responsible for his/her personal cheques and is jointly and severally liable for cheques issued by his/her spouse.

Rewards and Special Benefits

The rewards and special benefits of the UTOvacation’s Explorers Club are to be administered by UTOvacation.

UTOvacation reserves the right to replace or adjust rewards and benefits without notice. However, UTOvacation will always make its best effort to maintain the overall value of the program. 

UTOvacation’s Explorers Club Program Overview

The Membership/Reward Program is subject to the following restrictions. UTOvacation reserves the right at its discretion to discontinue the Reward Program / Explorers Club Program at any time and to make changes to the program that will apply to your membership. Failure to comply with these conditions and regulations or abuse of your membership privileges may result in the cancellation of your membership or curtailment of certain privileges. A member must be an active, paid Explorers Club member at the time any coupon is applied.
